Documentation Requirements for Apartment Application
To complete your application for an apartment, please provide the following documentation:
- Proof of Income
- Two (2) most recent pay stubs. These should reflect your current earnings and be dated within the last 30 days.
- Alternatively, if you are self-employed or do not receive pay stubs, a recent official hire letter from your employer outlining your employment status, job title, and current salary or hourly wage may be submitted in place of pay stubs.
- Identification
- A clear and legible copy of a government-issued photo identification card or driver’s license. This will serve to verify your identity.
